The Pintxos (Pin•cho), literally meaning "skewer" is a style of pub eating originating from norther Spain in the 1930's - specifically the bar "La Espiga" in the town of San Sebastian.
Meat, Cheese & Vegetables are skewered on to crusty baguette & served on the bar, buffet style with a rotating selection of fancy wines, ciders & vermouth!

Jamon Serrano & Fried Quail's Egg • Goats Cheese & Caramelised Red Onion
"Gildas" Skewers of Gordal Olives, Peppers, Pickles & Meats
Tortilla Española & Tomato • Beet Hummus & Feta with Piquante Pepper
Chorizo Sarta with Guandilla & Yellow Pepper Creme
Sardinas with lemon & Maldon Sea Salt
All items cost between £1.50 & £2.50.
