Organic, Hand-picked, BioDynamic.
Okay, so the gaffers a little bored of the craft beer scene. This stuff however, is very INTERESTING. Made across the world by some real eccentrics, this new wave of wines is real artisanal stuff - no pesticides, no machinery, no added sugar, no additives, no nowt.
Skin contact wines that give a totally new twist of complexity and tannins, funky, tart and farmhouse stuff that totally puts the whole world of wine on its head.
As ever, all of our wine is available by the glass thanks to our preservation system & Enomatic dispense kit. Tuck in!
(aka “Pet Nat”)
This is a type sparkling wine that uses the oldest sparkling method called Méthode Ancestrale, where the wine finishes fermenting in bottles, which causes it to carbonate with a natural spritz.
Alcohol content tends to be lower as no extra sugar is added in the process.
Natural Whites, Ambers & Oranges
Natural wines are known for their funkier, gamier, yeastier characteristics and a cloudy appearance. Of course, some natural wines are quite clean and fruity indeed. Check our funkometer on the left of the bottle for an idea.
Orange wine is white wine that’s made like a red wine where the skins and seeds stay in contact with the juice during the fermentation, giving a more complex, tannic quality.
Natural Reds & Pinks
Natural reds are generally lighter bodied than normal wines, as they are younger, and there is less sugar to become alcohol. Big meaty wines are out, and a lot of these can be served chilled. Just ask!

The Breakfast of Champions
So, this vermouth patter has went down a storm since we introduced our draught
El Bandarra taps in 2019. We are now one of the highest sellers of vermouth in the country, and if you haven't had a go yet - you should!
Vermouth is essentially herbaceous fortified wine - think what Gin is to Vodka; where the main botanical is Wormwood, like Juniper is in Gin.
Our main spread is Spanish, as they drink it how we like it - in a glass with ice, olives and wheel of orange.
